The Challenge:

To design 50 contemporary apartments that capture the energetic, colorful essence of Indian culture while maintaining a sophisticated, modern international appeal.

The Solution:

We embraced India's love of color through a carefully curated palette of vibrant turquoise, bright lime yellow and strawberry pink fabrics, set against a foundation of clean grey tones for balance. Custom cage-style metal pendant lamps, finished in matching turquoise, create a cohesive dining experience with the upholstered chairs. This colorful narrative continues into bold contemporary artwork that echoes the same energetic palette throughout each space.

The Result:

A joyful, energetic collection of homes that fearlessly celebrate color in a modern context. Each apartment serves as a bright, contemporary sanctuary that honors its Goan setting through its bold, optimistic palette and carefully coordinated details.
