Bavarian classic

The challenge:

To reimagine the Karmasee restaurant for a modern audience while honoring its authentic Bavarian roots and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for both locals and visitors.

Key naterials:

Bavarian Wooden Benches, Root Lamps, Natural Timber

The solution:

We preserved the soul of Bavarian style through traditional wooden benches and a warm, natural material palette, while introducing contemporary elements like modern root chandeliers and updated lighting as well as new upholstery. The design balances rustic charm with clean lines, creating a space that feels both timeless and current.

The result:

A cozy yet refined alpine restaurant that successfully bridges heritage and contemporary comfort. The Karmasee offers a welcoming atmosphere that celebrates Bavarian culture while appealing to modern sensibilities.
