JAPANDI STYLE

The challenge:

To design 10 unique three-bedroom villas, each with its own personality, while maintaining a cohesive modern-Boho identity for a luxurious Balinese resort development.

Key materials:

Teak, Oat & Off-White Palette, Linen, Bouclé, Clay Artisanal Accents

The solution:

We established a unifying oat and off-white color palette and used natural materials like teak and linen to create harmony. Each villa was then given a distinct character through curated accents—such as palm tree wallpaper feature walls, arched shelving, handcrafted clay lamps, and textured bouclé fabrics—ensuring no two villas are alike.

The result:

A harmonious yet diverse collection of villas, each offering a unique sense of laid-back luxury and Bohemian charm, deeply connected to Bali’s tropical setting.

Scope: 10x Villa Design, Bathroom & Kitchen Concepts, Full Furniture Packages

Location: Umalas, Bali

Completion: Ongoing, expected December 2025
