Villa Seabreeze Ibiza

Ibiza Cazmut minimalist retreat:

An earthy, textured villa where minimalist architecture frames the epic views of Ibiza.

Modern outdoor patio area with chairs, a table, potted plants, and a view of a hillside in the background.
Modern dining room with a wooden table, beige and orange velvet chairs, three woven pendant lights, three abstract art pieces, a black sideboard with decorative items, and a blue vase with greenery.

The challenge: To design a bold yet grounding 5-bedroom villa that embraces a raw, tactile aesthetic, making the stunning views the main artwork.

Key materials:

Microcement Walls (Cappuccino), Burnt Wood, Corten Steel, Petrified Wood, Olive Tree Feature

Our solution:

We defined the architecture with a striking mix of textures: cappuccino-toned microcement walls provide a continuous, sculptural feel, contrasted against the dramatic grain of black burnt wood, the evolving rust patina of Corten steel window shutters, and the ancient, organic presence of petrified wood. The heart of the home features a centering ancient olive tree as a living sculpture between the vast windows of the kitchen and dining area.

The result:

A powerful and serene sanctuary. The harmony of raw, timeless materials—from the modern microcement to the fossilized wood—creates a profound sense of place, ensuring the breathtaking views of Ibiza Town remain the uninterrupted focal point.
