The challenge:

To transform a raw, rooftop space with double-height ceilings into a warm and functional home, seamlessly connecting two levels while honoring the minimalist beauty of its German setting.

The solution:

We reimagined the layout to highlight the dramatic vertical space, featuring a custom floating metal staircase as the centerpiece. A soothing oat and earth tone palette wraps the loft in warmth, enriched with tactile layers of oak flooring, wool and bouclé textiles, and plush rugs. Thoughtful Wabi-Sabi touches—including petrified wood side tables, curated decoration items, and a freestanding bathtub—bring soulful authenticity throughout.

The result:

A serene and inviting urban loft that masterfully balances bold architectural elements with soft, natural comfort. This is a home that feels both expansive and intimate—a unique and harmonious place to live above the city.
