SUNDAR VILLAS ESTATE

Sanctum House: A light-filled Japandi-Boho sanctuary within a 9-villa estate.

Modern living room with white walls, a mounted TV, and minimalistic decor including vases and candles, with beige sofas and a wood coffee table on a textured rug.
Modern backyard with a small swimming pool, potted pots, and desert plants including a large tree, cacti, and succulents, surrounded by white walls and a clear blue sky.

The challenge:

To design a standout show villa that felt like a personal, soulful retreat, moving beyond a generic spec home.

Key materials:

Recycled Teak, Off-White Linen, Pale Natural Stone

Our solution:

We crafted a serene sanctuary using a sophisticated, light-washed material palette: warm recycled teak, textured off-white linen fabrics, and pale natural stone. This harmonious trinity defines the space, anchored by custom pieces like an extra-deep Bellini sofa and a sleek, light stone dining table.

The result:

A villa that feels both expansive and intimate, offering an immediate sense of calm and sophisticated comfort.
